What is included in the free Starter plan?
The Starter plan includes the embeddable CSV importer (free and unlimited end users), automated FileFeeds, up to 10 pipeline runs per month, 1 GB storage, 1 client, 1 pipeline, and email support. No credit card is required.
Can I cancel the Professional plan at any time?
Yes. The Professional plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
How does enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is customized based on your volume, compliance, and infrastructure needs. Options include usage-based or flat monthly billing. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up for the free Starter plan without a credit card. You only need payment information when upgrading to the Professional plan.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
You will be notified when approaching your plan limits. Pipeline runs beyond your monthly allocation will be queued until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan for higher limits.

The Starter plan serves as your free trial. It includes all core features so you can validate your use case before upgrading to Professional.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for the Professional plan. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
